Can you run airbuddy with the motor sitting out of the water? Like for example on the rocks so the fish can’t hear the motor?

AirBuddy needs to be in the water for cooling. In theory, you can put it in some container with water, but believe me, fish don’t care about the sound of compressor.

Can you take these batteries on commercial airlines?

@@thomasnappo6309 believe or not, it isn’t. Try to design your own product and you will see how costy it could be, especially if you want to do it in proper way, means to have all the certification, follow safety standards, solving issues e.g. how to ship dangerous goods (batteries) etc.
