They will be eventually. Right now they are in the early stages of getting the first orders out from kickstarter and indiegogo orders. Then they will start ramping up retail sales. It's a world wide product so anyone will be able to order one on there website.

I want one. Very cool unboxing. Can’t wait for the testing.

Agreed. I bet this will be perfect with calm waters. Probably be a pain in a current with the buoy though.

It’s a pretty convenient little dive system. Very lightweight and reliable so far. I need another battery though. One hour isn’t enough for me.

Gotta test it out in the bathtub tonight!

Mate I’ve been looking at these sort of systems for a while for my river treasure hunting. Got some deep areas on a couple of rivers I snorkel that I just can’t get down to. How does it compare price wise to getting a complete scuba set up and do they ship internationally?? I’m in New Zealand.

They ship world wide. They are out of Australia. It’s a little cheaper then a complete scuba set up but not much. Really depends on how invested you want to get. I do both. I find airbuddy perfect for casual spur of the moments to jump in the water. I scuba dive when I have a plan and a goal for that dive. Plus I can stay in the water longer with my big scuba tank. Of course you can always get an extra battery also with airbuddy.

How do you store your airbuddy for traveling? Large duffel bag a box a container?

Go to AirBuddy's Facebook page and message them. They usually answer within a day. You can also go to indiegogo.com and search for airbuddy. That's where you can buy one.

how much is cost sir?

I used one concept like this, ONLY it had a gas engine, two 25 ft. high quality 2 rubber hose's, 2 weight belt, 2 full face mask's the air blow through so you could just breath normal, and 2 harness paid some thing like 300 bucks. we roped 3 or 4 qt bottles together got 45 min. run time on each. thats how you do the Florida Keys, this is use less 45min and 5hr charge. and the price just crazy waste!
