感恩的心
見練示範看起來簡單,可是沒一定程度的跑坡經驗是很難實踐的,光是身體及呼吸的協調及適應性和角度變化的關節連動性與穩定配速就夠虐了。上坡長距離要維持配速我基本上不太可能,為了保持體力都會稍微降低配速。這集內容我都自己跑出經驗的= = 花了半年跑上坡,期待下集,下坡是我弱點。

事實上所有人上坡的配速都會變慢,就看你怎麼跑要抓對重心。
每次看都像一拳超人在教学 😂 感觉就是强啊. 本身还是很初级阶段的跑者。感谢教学。😊

可以從平路的耐力跑,搭配下肢肌力訓練開始
