How many lbs is this bird?
Im confused. At 2:26 you add a gallon of water. The bucket appears maybe half full. Then at 2:37, the bucket is full of water. Did you add additional water? Or was the initial pour at 2:26 not a full gallon?

Good spot, yes so the first pour was probably 1/3 of a gallon and the 2:37 is the full amount. Sorry for the confusion
