    ウチは猫が2匹🐈️🐈️いるので、🧅ラップ無しの放置は厳禁(←猫には猛毒☠️💦 かといってそのまま冷蔵庫に入れちゃうと、冷蔵庫全体が🧅の匂いに…😱 どーしたらよいかしら⁉️😂💦

    薄く切って広げて、ラップしないで常温で数時間置くのですね。ラップして冷蔵庫保存では、絡み抜けないですかね。

    玉ねぎは空気にさらしている時間にもどんどん栄養が壊れていくと、以前テレビで見たような… 水でさらすよりは栄養減らないのかな?
