There's a ton of videos showing how to take the top down, but not a lot putting it up. Yours is the best! Very helpful! Just wish I would've watched before tearing the stitching out of one of my drip retainers.

Thanks a lot for this video man, I've always had a problem with latches where the front of the soft top connect. Those hooks just won't go in, but this is a very easy way of doing it. THANK YOU SIR!

Well done, beautiful country out there in Wyoming. I have an '05 TJ Rocky Mtn with the same soft top. Honestly I don't know how anyone can have a hard top on their Jeep. They are meant to have that great open air experience in just a few minutes. My doors and windows are in the garage from late April - early November. Of course there are days where heavy rain is in the forecast so I begrudgingly button up the TJ. I couldn't imagine driving anything else but a TJ or CJ-7. O|||||||O 🇺🇸 Only in a 2 Dr 🇺🇸 '41 - '06

On my 2001 jeep TJ the side windows the lower flap will not stay tucked in. If anyone has any suggestion I would grateful.

What brand soft top is this? I’m looking to get one that is easier to put back up on my own! Mine has a lip above the front windshield that is so hard to do!

This is just a completely stock roof, straight from the factory! I wish you luck in your endeavor to change yours out!

I appreciate this video, but with a newer top things don’t quite go into place as easily. If you have any other tips please feel free to share them. I’m torn between regret and the top may never go back on. 😭

One tip I can share with you is to park in a sunny spot and let the top warm up. You'll be amazed at the difference even that makes! Definitely don't try it on a cold night... the top shrinks and gets much more stiff. Lemme know if that helps!

What is you accidentally took the back window out? When should I install it?

@kkim1177 Hmmm.... can you be more specific? Are the rear flaps already tucked in near the tailgate? I always start with the front hooks/latches before I attach anything else to avoid that problem. Make sure you're roof is completely unattached at all points and then see if the front latches will reach? Just thinking out loud!
