Guys do remember, some of the exercises he’s doing are pretty advanced and may increase the chance of injury if done wrong. This is why I recommend having a coach, but if you don’t have one, just try making vids of yourself and post them on youtube/ other platforms to get feedback over how you should improve your technique for these exercises. Also you’re obviously not going to PR every race, but properly warming up drastically decreases the chances of injury and it also increases your speed

Most of them are advance, but all you really need is the A-Skips and B-Skips, High Knees, 1-2 laps and dynamic stretching before that and ur good to go

@@J-wu8nvnot wrong first 400 meter I got 1:11 next was a 1:09 and I’m almost at sub 1 minute for my first year.

This should be done how many minute before the race so as to start warm, and how many minute is the warm up likely to take ?

Ideally you want these warmups to end 3-6 minutes before your race. Wnile your in that period of waiting for your race you want to be catching your stamina while still lightly moving around by slowly walking around

24'3' in long jump, II switched to the 400m this year and I've had hamstring issues all year. But stay tuned...Project 46 is coming
