    Future Navy Sailor i would do some weight training, it will help you gain strength optimizing your military performance. i couldnt really recommend any routines but id suggest stick to compound movements like overhead press, bench press, squat, deadlifts and maybe some Olympic lifting

    Hi SOB I'm in a kind of unique story and I need some advice please asap. I was at MEPS yesterday Friday and I got through the physical fine except for the urinalysis. I don't use drugs, but I had a shy bladder. It was bad. I had to piss, bladder was full but in a room full of guys and the observer counting down loudly from 30 seconds I couldn't do it twice I really strained hard but there is some type of mental block. I've watched other videos and they say drink caffeine and don't focus. I tried not to focus closed my eyes and nothing. MEPS said i only have one more chance to do it within 3 days, or I'm disqualified for 6 months, which I really cannot wait. Do you have any advice, because I really want to use the bathroom but my body won't let me in the situation; each time I went to the bathroom fine and used it normal with no wait. I'm not sure what to do and my recruiter says it's no big deal and is nonchalant about it. I hope MEPS can give me more than 30 seconds. Please, anything would help.

    @@BTFLSTAR lmfao yeah I’ve figured it out... took me going back a second time to MEPS, because I could not piss the first day. I had to take other tries the next day, I drank enough water to where I had no choice but to go; my bladder gave out as soon as I got to the cup. I had to drink excessive amounts of water however

    Would running with ankle weights help?

  • @TheJasonYamamoto

    @TheJasonYamamoto

    7 жыл бұрын

    depends.. can you run 2 miles in 14 mins with ankle weights? Try doing a small backpack or a weighted vest of 10-15 additional pounds. That helps a bit.
