oh wow.. the sound around 1:49 is Precisely an umru snare. I like your quick workflow, hope you post some more remake stuff. definately a sub
this man said color snare... ... in all seriousness awesome stuff tho dude really coo stuff, honestly really nice metallic sounds, and resampling actually makes a lot of sense here

Ya bru the color snares are whack, they need noise transients or something to actually hit
these are so cool!!
Ooooh! This is so tasty! Thank you! Lots to play with now.
Dude you are a fckn G!! This is nuts cuz for years I've been experimenting tryin' to find timbres like this in Ableton!!!!
Incredible tutorial, even though I'm an FL Studio user, I found it very useful! 🔥
Sounds like Sega Genesis SFX. 10/10 would cop snare pack.
enjoyed this
The sibilance + room reverb is giving basketball court

YESSSS SOOO GOOD
we made it!

bruh this is crazy
Maybe you're going too fast for me but I replicated these steps and am not getting the sound you're getting, and I'm like 35 seconds in
you're the real deal
good shit
Thats pretty cool
you hold the sercret knowledge, i have much to learn

omg so fasttttt
wow. nice. thx.
yea
Thnks for the tutorial man but when i tried to replicate it in Ableton it doesn´t make this same "percussive sound". It's like the phaser-flanger either glitches the whole effect chain or something because the only thing i get is a high pitched horn sound. When i turn it off it goes back to the percussive sound that you shaped in the Operator.
it sounds like the virus sound form hypnospace
disappointed my grandma thanks to you
absolute wizardry
disappointing my grandma lolol thank u for the great video
I thought I saw you had a drum sound design tutorial (only drum sound design tutorial you’ll ever need) but I can’t find it… if I’m not trippin and you do , can you share a link? I promise I’m not being lazy I keep looking through your content and can’t find it
can you do umru kicks
anyone know a way to do this with anything other than ableton plugins? the grain delay is what really makes this sound i think, any alternatives with similar parameters you can tweak?

There's definitely third party grain delays, they been around for a while :)

Can we get a similar sound reproduced in Serum? :x I don't understand what is going on here...
@dnksaus
Жыл бұрын
you can make these with any short transient rly, the magic is mostly in the post processing (S&H flanger, grain delay, drum buss), so serum could probably help with transients at best but not super necessary

I see o___O Well need to try to redo it in Logic, but Your brain is Out of this world if You get how it works!

@@aktw1234 def didn't delete anything but im not very knowledgeable in fl so not rly sure. basically try out your delay options and shape your drum with volume and transient shapers
i can't use the rack because i'm on FL Studio :/ How i can do ?

just use vst with same impact on your sound

just follow the steps with fl equivalent plugins, this isn't a sound specific to ableton and it's good to actually learn from the actual techniques rather than just copying settings on specific plugins

using serum and then extracting the audio speeding it up, pitching and then adding different delays and flanges can create sounds like this.
