QUESTION: So, the Miso should always be added at the end? I'm so glad you made this dish .. I was scratching my head wondering how to improve on my soup base. Btw, your kitchen set up is perfect. 🌹

Yes, miso is usually added at the end. Cooking miso too long will kill the flavor and the aroma.
Is regular radish okay? I can’t find daikon
