Thank you for sharing this recipe. I've cooked this dish twice and everyone loves it. I'm going to cook it again tonight. Thats why I revisited your site to make sure that I hadn't forgotten any part of your recipe. Thanks again all the best.

Mine came out brownish 😅 However it wasn’t burned; and we tasted the matcha flavor. But I’m still wondering; what did I do wrong?

Would you be able to make this ahead of time? And what is the ratio you use for the Salt and pepper? I am curious.

Was the sprinkle of flour to soak up the excess moisture?? If so it was genius, I wish i thought of that the last time cooked chicken 😮 Also, sorry for being an inconsistent commenter 🥺 I really love your recipes and use them often for preparing lunch boxes ❤❤❤

9:39 - I don't have to clean frying pan because my mom always put some cooked rice to mix. Mixing rice with oil can make every grind of rice coated with wonderful flavours and it's not "mottainai".

Thank you, I managed to get it wright 🎉😂, u need to be patient and let it cook before you flip or it will end up scrambled. I cheated and used a lid for a tiny bit which causes the egg to lift and fluff 😅
