I love Cole Slaw I'm going to make some to have with my crabs cakes if I don't use mayonnaise I will use thousand island dressing.

Does it really need sugar? I love Cole slaw but I am diabetic, if course, sugar is forbidden for me, also, it seems a lot of waste of mayo if not use all of it

Some are putting yougert as well. However very clear & simple presentation without any electric machines for cutting or copying. THANKS A LOT chef. !

Sugar doesn't take away from the nutrients of the vegetables. If you have personal health issues with sugar intake adjust the recipe
