Nice salad. Instead of mayo for those with intolerances, use this salad dressing: 2 tbs coconut or olive oil, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 2 tbs ACV, a pinch of salt. Cut 1 apple into small pieces and add to the salad instead of using the honey too. Or use raisins. Add some pumpkin seeds. That's how I enjoy my salads.
