Thank you so much. I'm in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. I need to replace white potatoes. Looks like Yucca will work. I love fried.

Hi Mrs. Adjeley, I’m new here and just recently subscribed to your channel. My fiancé is Ghanaian (26) and I’m Congolese (22), so I’m learning to cook Ghanaian food so that he can feel at home and our future children can know both sides of our cultural foods. I’ve seen that in some of your videos you use a green blended frozen spice, is it basically épices verde ? Or it’s a different blend of herbs ? If it is, is there a video on your channel where you make it?

This recipe has become a staple in my house! We’ve gone ahead to even prep and freeze in batches and only have to thaw, warm add the oil when we’re ready!! Thanks so much for sharing.

whats the difference between cottage cheese and mozzarella?? I always believed cottage cheese is made with vinegar and mozzarella is made with calcium chloride and rennet giving a milder flavour than the cheese made with vinegar or is it that in different parts of the world cottage cheese is called mozzarella???
