How To Make Tater Tots/Potato Gems
5 potatoes. (dark, dirty works best)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley

Mums going on annual trip overseas Gave me all perishables... potatoes outta my ears... gems it is! Right on time to see this video lol
I took this recipe to the hibachi with some chicken. Sticking a cube of chicken into the potato ball, brown the outside, then lay them side by side in a bbq safe pan that has been very lightly greased. 20 to 30 minutes in a covered hibachi or bbq at medium heat. Top with shredded cheddar, or whatever you like, after you remove the cover. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce and veggies. I'm going to experiment with this wonderful tater tot recipe further and see what comes of it. Thank you again Henry. :)

I love the look of these but can't have deep fried foods. I wonder if they would work cooked in a hot oven.
