How to Make Jo Jo Potatoes (2018)
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Jo Jo Potatoes are a great way to enjoy potato wedges. These potatoes are fried just like fried chicken. You can recreate these potatoes at home in no time at all.

I grew up in Northeast Ohio and ordering chicken and Jojo’s was the weekend thing. When I moved to s Florida 9 years ago , we looked for a place that serves chicken and jojo’s but that doesn’t exist here. Pizza and chicken but not a box of chicken and jo’s. They do have potato wedges but they are not the same. They’re cut from small potatoes and not breaded but they are seasoned. Also they’re not typically served with fried chicken . So we make the Jojo’s at home and my friends who were used to potato wedges really love the Jojo’s now too !

Just made these. The texture was great. They needed more seasoning as they didnt have the flavor store bought ones have.
Those look so good...I hope to try this very soon....Thanks Stephanie!!

Yum! God bless you and your kitchen!!
Those look absolutely amazing holy cow!
You should try dipping them buttermilk ranch dressing instead of ketchup ,They are delicious that way.
Just made..turned out perfectly Thanks 😀
*GOOD FRY JOJO!*
Looks good now I can make them and stop buying them thanks so much
I'm a big believer in toothpicks for dunking and dipping and they look amazeballs 😍

Well I don't think these would have been dunkable with a toothpick, I think a wooden skewer might have worked. I hope you enjoy these.
The best Joe Joes are made with left-over baked potatoes. Whenever I make baked spuds, I ALWAYS bake a couple extra for my Joe Joes for breakfast the next morning.

4 yrs later 😂 Nope, they’re not potato wedges. They’re not made the same and potato wedges are often just seasoned and much smaller.
This is surprisingly the first video I have ever read the comments of without seeing a JOJO rEfReNcE considering the tilte of this.. well except for josuke in the comments

It's a common item sold in supermarkets and convenience stores in the Pacific Northwest. A lot of places elsewhere serve 'spuds' or potato wedges but breading them like this is something I haven't seen much at all outside the pacific northwest.

@@michaelhandy9758 it’s a common thing in the Midwest as well. I know there’s some strange pissing contest over where they’re from , Pacific Northwest or the Midwest as if it matters. They’re potatoes 😂
