I prefer angle Grinder to avoid non-linear cuts in sheet. Also I doubt this attachment will cut throughout more then 2mm sheets

Can you please help me make a simple drill to jigsaw converter that is durable and very sturdy? I tried off the shelves ones. Their bevelling mechanism is made of a plastic disc. It would last if it were high grade nylon. But alas!! Please help me.

It's not good man. Better buy a cheap jigsaw. Even if its made with metals, real jigsaw will work so much better.
