Store in ziploc bags, if you have you can place some silica gel sachets to keep them nice and crisp for up to 3 days. :)

Chef is it possible to add any sweetener to mixture? Thank you

Yes you can add sugar :)

Chef, is the mixture fried in a dry pan? How do you get it out of the pan without breaking?
