HOW TO MAKE NATIVE JOLLOF RICE (FULLY LOADED)/PALM OIL RICE/JOLLOF RICE/IFY'S KITCHEN
A native jollof rice recipe to treasure. This one is a keeper.

INGREDIENTS
3 tomatoes
3 onions
3 large red bell pepper
7 shombo
7 ata rodo
3 cups of rice
2 cups of Meat stock
10 -12 Effirin leaves
2 bonga fish
1 tablespoon Iru
½ cup ground crayfish
Salt to taste
2-3 tspsBeef seasoning cubes/powder
1½ cups cooked diced ponmo
15 -20 dried prawns
1½ cups cooked beef
1 cup bleached palm oil
