    Looks delicious, using vegetable oil for this recipe is a NO NO for me, I feel the palm oil is one of the most important ingredient that makes it native... That's my opinion though.

    Will definitely try this out today..needed a quick native jollof recipe and this fits the bill! Thank you! Oh..did you parboil your rice first? Tried cooking jollof once without parboiling and it took much longer to soften, had to keep adding water to it. Did I do something wrong?
