How To Make Kefta Bil Sanieh On Any Stove

Learn how to make traditional Lebanese Kefta with chef Maha.
Ingredients:
+ 2 Lbs ground beef
+ 7 Large potatoes
+ 2 Large onions
+ 1 Bundle parsley
+ 4 Medium tomatoes
+1 Green bell pepper (optional but highly recommend)
+1 Red bell pepper
+ 1 1/2 Tsp salt
+1 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
+3 Tbsp oil
+ 3 Tbsp Tomato paste

    I do not know Arabic, but I think the small noodles that you fry for the rice are called vermicelli in English. Vermicelli is thicker than spaghetti, but It's hard for me to find so I substitute with broken spaghetti. I can't wait to try this dish, it looks healthy and hearty.

    I use Angel hair pasta with my rice. It usually comes in small round nests. I just crunch one in my hands before sautéing.

    That is called Vermicelli, or in Shahariyah in Arabic. I sauté it until it is golden brown.
