How to Make Delicious CHOCOLATE CRINKLES | Easy Cookie Recipe
Ingredients:
• 150g all-purpose flour
• 150g powdered sugar (plus 30g for rolling later on)
• 2 large eggs
• 50g unsalted butter
• 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1teaspoon baking powder
• Pinch of salt
Directions:
Stir together eggs and powdered sugar, then melt butter and add in. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the egg mixture and mix well just until combined. Roll the dough balls in powdered sugar until well coated and place on the prepared cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Slightly flatten them with a glass. Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 15 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
