코팅으로 에폭시를 올릴때 에폭시를 펴바르고 열풍기로 살짝 표면을 다듬어 주시면 에폭시가 고르게 퍼져 다음 사포질작업에 매우 유리 합니다. 열풍기만 잘 돌려도 사포질이 거의 필요 없는 수준까지 마무리 가능 하기도 하구요 그래도 자외선 때문에 코팅은 해야 하겠지만…

Nice :) With the total amount of work you're doing it would be beneficial to build a CNC machine. As I remember you have a 3D printer so MPCNC would be a good choice for you :)

i see you stopped using pva. also for flat surfaces use big ass sandpaper sticked to desk/glass and move whole part on it to avoid "waves". great video as always :)

@@SladeWashingtonSVR hand lapping is the term for it. I’ve been doing it for years it’s a pretty handy technique to know.

can you do video on making overlays? like something you make outside of car, then can stick with 3m tape onto interior pieces?

You have to use an epoxy with high heat tolerances.

Для такой операции пропитки проще всего взять резиновый или пластиковый шпатель. Они заметно облегчают процесс пропитки, и получается намного быстрее. Попробуй

Hello friend. I bought materials from a South Korean online shop. But, Korean online shops do not ship overseas.

How do you avoid pits and airbubbles in resin and finished parts? Ive tried heat, mixing slowly, different mixing sticks, batch sizes, foam brushes, regular brushes, rollers, etc but im always left with pits and air bubbles that take hours and hours to fix

Hello friend A simple way to get rid of air bubbles is to soak a mixed epoxy resin cup in warm water. This is a very simple method. But I don't bubbles remove. No matter how much air bubbles are removed, air bubbles will appear again when the epoxy resin is applied. After the epoxy resin of the carbon fiber parts has hardened, I sand it and use a transparent filler or apply two thin coats of the epoxy resin. And leveling sanding. After leveling sanding, the surface has a very clean surface with no air bubbles. And then Finally, spray clear(topcoat) .

Hello friend. The clear I used is an acrylic type clear.

Thats a lot of filament on the side of the printer :D

안녕하세요. 카본섬유만으로 플레이트를 만들면 비용이 많이 발생합니다. 이번에 만들 엔드플레이트는 대략 6T 정도인데 6T 정도의 카본플레이트를 만들기 위해서는 200g 카본섬유를 24장 정도 적층해야만 만들 수가 있습니다. 그럼 엔드플레이트 만드는데만 재료비가 30만원 정도 들지 않을까 생각됩니다. 코어매트를 사용하는 경우 그 비용의 1/3 정도로 충분히 만들 수가 있었습니다. 가공성 역시 코어매트를 사용하는 경우 보다 수월합니다. ^^

영상 잘보았어요^^ 질문하나 드려도 될까요? 용접면을 카본으로 만들고 싶은데요.. 이게 제질이 압축종이(?) 같은 제질이라 그런지 이형작업에서 실패한 경험이 있는데요.. 이형제 바르기 전에 표면에 차량용 투명크리너로 표면 처리 해주고 작업하면 수월할까요?

안녕하세요. 이형제를 바르기 전에 클리어 코트를 해주면 이형에 상당히 도움이 될 것입니다. 단, 클리어 코트가 완전히 경화된 상태여야 합니다. 하지만 재질이 종이류라면 클리어코트가 제대로 도포가 되지 않고 아마 흡수해버리지 않을까 하는 생각이 듭니다. 이형 및 탈형에 어려움이 있으시다면 PVA를 사용해보시기 바랍니다. PVA 는 경화 후 매우 얇은 비닐처럼 코팅막을 형성하기 때문에 탈형이 매우 쉽고, 사용하기도 간편합니다.

When making car parts its almost always better to use pre-preg due to the consistency of the resin and the weave. Don't get me wrong, your parts are nice but not amazing.

Hello friend. I also use prepreg carbon fiber. But I don't have an oven sized to make wings. And prepregs are expensive, and I wanted to make them cheap. I hope you understand.
