This method will be very useful to be as I don't own a mixer yet and I am now enjoying baking and pastries cus it makes my boys excited and happy 😊

Reminds me of those days growing up in Ghana, when we did everything by hand. Creaming the butter and sugar was so tedious as my mum would insist it had to be light and fluffy like clouds! ugh! But the finished product was so good. Always a hit with her customers
