Hi, new subscriber from Claudia's channel. Question: Howcome there's pollo Guisada, carne Guisada but no lamb Guisada? Then my question for Claudia: How would you make that drink using Honey Mellon instead of Cantelope?

Was it hot?
the step of “cleaning” your stock bones is called “blanching” - a very valid and important step. bravo, miha…
I made this awhile back and followed this recipe and it is by far one of the best things I've ever made. I tried it first in a crockpot, no. Don't do it. It was soooo much better on the stove and cooking for the full 4 hours. It takes so long but is so worth it. Amazing! I'm going to be making it again this coming weekend and I can't wait.
I’ve been watching a bunch of Birria recipe videos and I love that you added text over the video so that I don’t have to search through the description, then come back to the video…. I can just pause it and make sure I have everything than keep watching. Thank you for the recipe!
You blessed angel, this is what I have been waiting for!
Making this today. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.
Hands down the best I’ve ever had! I love this recipe!!
Those look delicious! Thank you being so informative! This was not a regular throw these ingredients in the pot and go. You taught us newbie cooks why certain steps are important!
Omg you are the best i have seen so many recipes of birria but yours is the best you go in to every detail i need to follow you thank you☺️☺️
listen this is the best recipe, and that pro tip on the vinegar GURL your spot on 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you so much for this recipe def try this!
This looks awesome, def going to try it. I agree with you, I also like my sauce on the thicker side
would recommend to just smash the garlic one good time, when the cells break it forms a different flavor but its more of the heat you get from garlic, kinda like olive oil as a reference
Ooh Thank You so much, girl you get a 5 star for this recipe. I cook step by step as I am not my momma as she cooks good and catch on. I will follow your Tik Tok & IG you made my day.

Do you think mixing leg of lamb with the chuck would be good? I have some and thinking about adding it
Do you char the ginger to add more flavor or just pop it in to boil it?? I will be making this either way as I am craving this and any excuse to make tacos
Love you ♥️
i need me a woman like this 😂😂
Usher this my way did not saw the whole video her passion for cooking I liked it Being respectful
Your videos are amazing and I’m so thankful to have found you through the clock app!!❤❤❤❤ I’m neurodivergent and can’t do the texture of fat on any meats. Should I cut more of the fat of the beef and omit the bones to have less fat globs?
@LovelyNoemmi
5 ай бұрын
The fat is typically left on so that during the cooking process it can render giving the sauce flavor and you use it to fry the tortillas. Since you can't stand the texture, I think if you trim it off and set it in a muslin or cheesecloth to cook along with the meat you can have the rendered fat but you can easily remove it so you don't get a mouthful of fat
I’ve done beef neck bones 😁
could i use bone broth if i don’t have bones near me
Nice
Do you have a smaller recipe amount for this
My girl... Your child legit just made me lose my shit! My son is in his bed.. He's a month shy of 2 yrs old, so he has that little voice like your child.. Lmao I had to keep pausing the TV to see if I could hear him every time I pause the TV I didn't hear a child anymore whenever I started it back up I heard your baby again I literally went to each window and closed them cuz I thought maybe it was from outside. No LOL I rewinded it and it was your child I literally just made myself feel stupid😂🤦🏼
Looks delicious. Is that goat meat or beef meat?
This looks so good!! Do you have to use the bone??
I tried so hard to find a healthier version of this dish but there is none. I guess either this or eat something else lol. I miss this dish so much.
Great 😊 thank you 🫶🏽
What kind of cheese do you prefer for these
Can you use the same recipe with less meat?
What how about if all I have is ground cumin ?
The gunk? lol!!! Maybe call it impurities or the foam that is released. Who wants gunk in their food! 🤮 lol!!! Looks delicious! I will definitely try your recipe!!
At what temp did you put the oven? 350f?
Did I miss the list of spices you put in the blender to make your Chile sauce?
thank you for this video!! does anyone know where you can find the dried peppers? i’m from canada ~

Mexican store so it can be authentic! should be where all the chile secos are at(aka dried chiles) Or write down all the chiles you need & Ask for help to find each one! Hope this helps😊

❤❤❤
On what heat did you cook the meat on?
Low medium or high? to cook the meat
I just wanted to know how you make the consumme? Or is it chile oil?
@LovelyNoemmi
5 ай бұрын
The consomé is the broth that the meat is braised in. Many times you will take out the meat to make tacos and serve a cup of the consomé to dip into. Chile oil is a great addition to both the meat or the consomé
I use apple cider vinegar instead and a bag of grass fed 16oz beef broth to speed up the process.
To get rid of the impurities soak them in cold water with salt for about two hours and you won’t have that issue .
