Abv - 10 % to 14 % as per quality of yeat used
ingredients ------
step - 1 Cook these ingredients and keep them aside for cool down
Barley - 50 grm ( 500 ml Water ) cook time 7-8 mints
Flattened rice - 50 grm ( 500 ml Water ) cook time 1 mints
Ots - 100 grm ( 1 ltr Water ) cook time 3 mints
Jaggery - 1 kg ( 1/2 ltr Water )
step -2 filter these ingredients after the cooldown and pour them into a glass jar.
Add 1 ltr Cooled boiled water
Add 1 Tbsp instant yeast
stir well and leave it for 10 days for fermentation, after 10 days filter the beer and rest for another 8 days to clear beer.
