No lie, this lady is my favorite KZread cook... Now there a lot of good chefs... But she just makes me feel like I'm in the kitchen with her. She not only tells you HOW to do stuff, she tells you WHY to do stuff.

Auntie Chris, I Am Making These Today & I Can't Wait!!! YOU Have Helped To "Shape ME Into A Budding Good Cook" Many Thanks
People don’t need another chef when they have Chris! Every recipe I’ve tried of hers has been delicious 😋
Those ribs looked so good. I agree I love ribs that have a bite to them, that's what makes them enjoyable. Thanks for sharing and I am looking forward to the fried pie video.
Awww I wish I were there. Chris those baby back ribs looks really good.
Baby back ribs are my favorite! I'd rather have them over anything else! These look absolutely delicious!😋 You are a awesome cook! Thanks for sharing your gift of cooking with us! You are fantastic! God Bless You Always!🙏❤ God Bless You Always!
If there was ever a need for smell-o-vision, those ribs are IT! I just stumbled across your channel and I subscribed 2 minutes into viewing this video! I love it. Can't wait to try it!!
Mrs. Chris, I look forward, every week to see what's for dinner in your channel. I have to confess; your cooking is amazing. I love how you organically know what seasonings goes with what meals. In addition, your cooking environment is so appetizing. I watch some other cooking channels and I have to turn it off due to non-sanitary looking kitchen(s) and handling of the food they cook. You make me smile because your cooking makes me feel fulfilled! Here's to the Queen of cooking. My best to you and your family!🙏🏽😇

I've seen many videos on baby back ribs and I find this one is right on the money. Yes, peel off that skin covering on the back...at little bit of effort and it's well worth it. And I like the straightforward way she explains the process. Very nicely done. Can't wait to try this out. Thanks!
These look so good! I bought some ribs and will be making them. Thank you so much for this recipe and your time:)

Hi Chris, I don't know how involved it would be to produce, but I'm sure I'm not alone when I say I would enjoy a video of seeing you on an actual grocery shopping trip, choosing different cuts of meat, looking over vegetables and the like. All the things you do before you get to the cooking part. Is that a possibility at some point?

Beautiful Ribs! I know they are very tasty
I'm seeing so many different cooking temps on these rib channels. Interesting that you prefer the membrane on. Some cut up the ribs before cooking, some don't. You do it halfway through.
Chris, how did you get that baked looked since you covered the pan with foil? Normally, when ribs are covered the steam causes a lot of liquid and I didn't notice any liquid when you cut the ribs up. Did you remove the foil and drain the liquid before adding the barbeque sauce? They do look good!
Hi Chris was thinking about you today and wanted to wish you a Happy Mothers Day!Be blessed!

Oh I'm going like your bq sauce the chichen an rids look good the only thing I was not there to help u eat them be bless.
How much Paprika, Celery Seed, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, and Pepper?
Hi Chris, those ribs look scrumptious, I like getting new ideas and different ways to cook some of the best meat there is, keep up the good work and thanks a bunch!
Your pots and pans!!! What brand are they? Alot of people have those. I notice you never have trouble with food sticking. And your rice doesnt burn or stick to the bottom. Your beans either. Nice!! But what kind are they?
Chris, I wish you were my neighbor...pray for our Country.

Ribs are greasy. You put a small amount of water in the bottom of pan when you start to bake. Then you pour off the excess oil every 30 mins. while cooking until done.
Simply delectable!!!!!!
Chris can you make bbq chicken on one of your shows another fav a fried chicken always here in ky thanks as always
Can you tell me what are the measurements for the rub? Somehow I missed that info. Maybe just equal amounts of each ingredient listed above, or shake on to cover? Thank you for your channel!
@chriscook4u2
8 жыл бұрын
Equal amount of each ingredient, depending on how many ribs you are covering. (1/2 tables each seasoning covers 2 to 3 slabs). Just sprinkle on Liquid Smoke and Worcestershire sauce.

Love, love, love your style of cooking. Will you consider adopting me. 💜💜💜😊😊😊
Hi Chris! My son and I are new with you. We saw your video on how you make your BBQ Sauce and we tried it. It was so good even my son loved it and now I have a jug in my frig. My son I think puts it on everything. Chris I am not a great cook but I try and with help from people like you who can cook maybe I can get better. I want to ask you if you make baby back ribs in the oven with your sauce is there a difference in the bigger ribs that you can bye and cook as far as the way you prepare them and cook them. The baby back ribs I know are the small racks you see and bye. But these are not the small ones. When I made a small rack weeks ago I could not find a recipe from you at first for the ribs so I just used the same recipe for your BBQ Chicken. It did come out good. Now I want to try these bigger ribs and this recipe for them and hope they come out ok too. GOD BLESS Chris! And thank you.
Hi Chris , Thanks for sharing. I am going to use your same method to make oven baked Bbq Spare Ribs.....My son's are meat and potato young men. Baby Back Ribs will NOT do my growing boys any justice.....Thank you again
Your page came up and I'm glad it did... 🙌♦️🙌♦️🙌♦️🙌♦️😉🍽️
You are amazing. But, I've tried and tried, looked all ver and I can't find the actual rub and sauce recipe. Can someone please send me the link. I'm so frustrated at myself for not being able to cook these ribs like this master.

TLan6 that would depend on how many ribs you have. Just use the seasonings I have listed. Sprinkle coat each rib on both sides.

How did you is get ribs dry like? Seems like when I cook pork ribs the fat always drains out and make it too moist and fall off the bone (I trim the fat). I like them to "stay together on the bone". Did you just place the foil on top or did you crimp and seal it?
@chriscook4u2
8 жыл бұрын
I did seal the foil. However the ribs do have a lot of moisture. Half way through the cooking process I pour off the excess water. Sometimes I have to do it twice. I let them finish cooking with no liquids at all.
@Gracian40

how much of each seasoning did you use to make your rub
@chriscook4u2

You can sprinkle each seasoning to cover the meat then rub it in. The spoon measurements is based on the amount of ribs.
Looks delicious 😋Mama Chris deliciously awesome!❤️😍👌🌹
