Miss Gina, a little tip. When you’re cutting the ribs, stand them up vertical or turn them over bone side up. That way you can see to cut between the bones. They really looked good! God bless.

I met my niece and her family for first time she's 37 and I made her this (your recipe) and your cucumber and onion salad along with my baked beans and some fresh corn 🌽 on cob. It was a huge success!!! Thank you so much. Because of you I was able to make a beautiful meal for a beautiful occasion.

Everything you said is beautiful, except mentioning her age. It is not nice to give so much info, would you like your niece do the same to you? Protect your own family for if you don't, no one else will. Thanks and God bless you.

@@gracejesus9346 I don't see the big deal of mentioning her age because it does comply with her story. She said she met her niece for the first time in 37 years so her age would indicate how long it's been....I could see if she said, "My niece is 37 and she loves this recipe" then I would agree that age has nothing to do with her post...but in the scenario age totally makes sense. Let's loosen up a little - it's just the internet. God bless!

Maybe something like your pulled pork recipe only we must include this rub. I don't know if I told you but I made the pull pork recipe on game night. I am a newly wed and I really wanted to show out and serve my HUSBAND something yummy!!! I made ham...and Gina's homemade mashed potatoes, candied yams and asparagus!! He raved about my dinner. Since we are closed I put together my dinner to go for the rest of my extended family in containers on the porch for them to drive by and pick UP. Now I'm doing ribs in the oven today MAY 1,2020

PUT THE FOIL ON THE BOTTOM OF YOUR BAKING DISH. I DID PUT IT NEXT TO THE DISH BUT FORGOT. I HAD A BURNT MESS ON THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN! As you always say take your time but I was rushing. I have my pan soaking with water and a couple dryer sheets it usually loose the burnt matter. So lesson here is follow instructions. Thank you for a great recipe

Sweetie, you are darling and so can’t wait to run up stairs and start my spare ribs !! Also: Membrane trick: spoon and a paper towel (you will be lovin’ me up after you try it lol). Use the spoon to dig it out and then use the paper towel to grip it. You’ll be amazed how it comes off. Bon appetite my new sub !!

Thank You! Excellent recipe ! Thank you. and yes, like Jessica says - a paper towel / napkin works Great for helping peel off that membrane. Doing with fingers is too slippery. Thanks again.
