@L.A'S CLASSICS -_- as with everything in life it's all in moderation, drinking too much water can kill you dude. Homemade food like this is far better for you than what you get ready and easy at chain restaurants. Also meat in general is very nutrient rich per pound compared to other food groups. Don't be that guy please.

You're obviously a virtuoso at cooking, but you keep it simple where the novice cooks can understand and try your ideas 3. Videos are time well for a start to finished product. 4. We love to see you taste and enjoy the food fam....👀👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿😋💯

Awesome. Love to try your recipe. A lot of of your methods I do, apply, but I've always do 250-300 degrees for 4 hours. Then wrap with foil and a towel, place in a cooler for an hour. Cut and serve. It comes out so tender, but not fall of the bone, perfect for any bbq snob.

AB, I've never tried to cook these ribs before because I didn't know how to prepare them. You showed me how to trim and cook them and I thank you. I look for to seeing how you will prepare the trimmings in another video. I will have these this Labor Day weekend, but I will probably only need to put the grill grate on the hot cement since SoCal is going to have scorching temps this weekend thru Monday, Labor Day! Have a good weekend and be safe. Melaney, San Clemente
