EASY FALL OFF THE BONE BABY BACK RIBS OVEN BAKED RIBS

EASY FALL OFF THE BONE BABY BACK RIBS OVEN BAKED RIBS
RIBS INGREDIENTS
2 to 2 1/2 pounds baby back pork ribs
2 or 3 tablespoons of yellow mustard
2 tablespoons and 1/2 tablespoons of Kinders brown sugar rub
2 tablespoons and1/2 tablespoons of famous Dave’s rib rub pork seasoning
SWEET AND YUMMY BARBECUE SAUCE INGREDIENTS
1 28oz of sweet baby rays honey barbecue sauce
1 cup of grape jelly
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 cup of dark brown sugar packed
DIRECTIONS
PREPARE RIBS
Heat oven to 400°F.
Clean ribs with one cup of white distilled vinegar and a half a cup of lemon/lime juice.then rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry with a paper towel as seen on the video.
If the ribs still have the thin membrane covering the back of the rack, remove it. See how in the video.
Season both sides of the ribs with 2 or 3 tablespoons of yellow mustard, 2 tablespoons and 1/2 tablespoons of Kinders brown sugar rub, and 2 tablespoons and 1/2 tablespoons of famous Dave’s rib rub pork seasoning . Place the ribs meat side up into an aluminum foil baking tray. (You may also cut the ribs in half for them to fit into the pan if you only have a small aluminum tray ).
Cover the aluminum tray or baking sheet tightly with aluminum foil, and then bake until the meat falls easily from the bones, 3 to 3½ hours. (I like to check the ribs after 2 hours to see how they are progressing. The ribs are done when the meat is cooked through and tender.)
MAKE BARBECUE SAUCE
While the ribs bake, make the barbecue sauce.
In a medium size bowl add the . Add 1 28oz of sweet baby rays honey barbecue sauce,1 cup of grape jelly, 1 teaspoon yellow mustard and 1/2 cup of dark brown sugar packed
Stir to combine, until everything is well mixed together. Set aside in preparation for the ribs to finish roasting.
TO FINISH
Remove the ribs from the oven, discard the aluminum foil and generously brush both sides with barbecue sauce.
Put the ribs back in the oven uncovered, top rack heat still at 400°F. Cook the ribs for 30 minutes, just until the barbecue sauce begins to caramelize. (Keep a close eye on the ribs while they so the sauce does not burn.)
STORING AND REHEATING
Store baked ribs, in an airtight container, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze, wrapped in foil or freezer paper and in an airtight container, for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator, and then reheat.
To reheat the ribs, wrap in foil or parchment paper and place into a 300°F oven until warmed through, about 30 minutes. If you have some leftover, slather some extra sauce that’s been warmed over the ribs before serving.

I did 2 racks of pork baby back ribs and had it in for 2 hours and they were fall off the bone. Now I have it in for thirty minutes for caramelizing the grip jelly barbecue sauce. The sauce is delicious and my husband has a child's palate so he could taste the great jelly in there even though I never told him.

I find the best way to remove the membrane is to start in the middle of the rack, not the end. After you separate the membrane with a butter knife to an inch or so, use a finger to work all the way across to the other side. Then, simply grab the membrane by the middle and pull up. No need for paper towels or gloves.

I was a bit worried putting them in at 400 degrees but man they came out delicious and fall of the bone. I did the check like you mentioned at 2hr and next time I think for my oven they should be perfect at 2.5hours. Also, I was a bit skeptical about the murtad but it did not interfere with the taste at all. Thank You for the recipe.

  • @aigeybay

    @aigeybay

    10 ай бұрын

@pinkslipkewchie3518 hi hi!! I cooked 2 hours and 15 minutes and then took out the oven to check. They were done. They sat out for a little, so that I can prepare the BBQ sauce and then I put them back in for about 10-15 minutes or long enough that the sauce got a little warm bc I didn't want to dry them out. My suggestion would be to prepare your sauce while the ribs cook, that way when they're done, you can put the sauce on them quickly. And I used a somewhat deep pan with handles (like what you would to cook a chicken) and covered with aluminum foil.

@user-kg5ij5ic6b 400°F. If you have 1 slab of Baby back ribs, then cook it for about 2 hours on that temperature and check it. If they still need to cook, try another 10-15 minutes until they're tender.

It definitely need a moment of silence cuz that looks good. I seen somebody else's KZread channel and there is look so dry but baby I can suck all the meat off them bones. I know the the meat is already coming off the bone but they still got a little piece of meat on the end. I will eat that up and sometimes when you bake them the bone is soft enough to chew it a little bit like bubble gum. Oh yes I love it. I don't know really know about the sauce and stuff. As long as you have the barbecue sauce the baby raise if not too sweet, but I'm still going to try that sauce that you made. I'm not going to knock it until I try it new subscriber❤❤❤❤

how long are you putting the ribs in the oven/ Also instead of putting on the bbq sauce at the end, can you just put in the hickory sauce when you bake the ribs

Hey friend, Thank you for watching and commenting. I appreciate you so much You have to add the lime juice and vinegar before you marinate it like I did in the video. It’s not a good idea to do it after it’s marinated the flavors will mess up. Hope this helps

My apologies will rinsing with water after you rub the meat with lime and vinegar, will that take the favor out?

The lime and vinegar is to clean it, not for flavor. That's why it gets rinsed. Then you marinate it in the flavor of the seasonings

A few years ago I went to Famous Dave's in Rockford, IL. It was delicious, great server, it was a good experience. Because it was our first time there, they gave us a bottle of their sauce. I highly recommend Famous Dave's and their products. You do not put sweet stuff on my ribs.
