This is a great video and I really leared a lot from it. Thanks! I dont like to mention this but I would be really careful about using an angle grinder without a guard. Ive seen some very bad things happen where I have brought people to the hospital. Out of all of the tools I have, the angle grinder is the one I fear the most. Sorry to mention that as it is a geat video and thanks.

Can i bend 1.2mm stainless sheet for this diy bender what is the size of the angle bar

if it was other than stainless I would say definitely yes, but its known that stainless is really hard to bend. The angle bar we used is 5mm.

What thickness and material you are bending?

in this case its 1mm sheet metal

Can it bent a sheet for a thickness of 2mm

I'm sorry for the late reply... a 2 mm sheet needs a much stronger build than this one I'm afraid, plus even if we build a stronger build to this same design, operating it manually (with your own hands) is going to be tough.

Turn your cutoff tool over. Spray those sparks away from yourself. Work on the rear of the disk pulling toward yourself.
