I build a metal sheet bender with an easy lock and unlock brake handle. This is my 2nd DIY metal bender for a future project I need to do.

Awesome build. The cam locks make it over the top.

Great build I enjoyed the video. I notice some people are being critical of your use of professional workshop equipment. I don’t have all this equipment but love watching their use. It’s still amazing what you can make with just the basic tools. If you have a welder, grinder, drill and basic hand tools you can make something like this. So again, very nice project. 👍😊

How are you going to adjust your top bar away from the edge for thicker metal? Also with the rounded edge on the top bar I notice you are getting a more rounded bend instead of a crisp bend.

Simple hand tools will do the job too. Don't need a TIG, lathe or miller. I kind of like that hold down design.

Very elaborate project, not much use really though as not one of them bends is near 90° so no use for doing sharp corner work, the idea of the strengthener on top was good but it stops the workpiece getting to 90° , you can hear it hit several times ,so making any type of container would alway result in sloped sides , sorry but a bit pointless after all your good effort

Tout le monde n'a pas à sa porte un tour, une fraiseuse etc... alors arrêtez de faire le buzz avec des outils qui coûtent moins cher à acheter. Moi j'arrête de regarder la vidéo et je ne mettrais aucun like
