    Things I eat to lower my blood sugar are boiled peanuts. One cup of peanuts in the shell lowers my blood glucose by 50 to 60 points within a one to two hour period. Also, 3 pickled okras at lunch time reduces my sugar.

    Carbs, and all foods turn into glucose and glycogen 😂 if someone’s body is insulin resistant it makes it harder from them to release it, regardless of what they eat .
