Now my weight is 74 kg. Diet during breast feeding time:- protein rich foods including more veggies, use oats and around 4li water per day. പിന്നെ fruits എല്ലാം small size. After 45 days do some exercise(നിങ്ങളുടെ gync doctor ചോദിച്ചിട്ട് മാത്രം).

    @muhammedshahale2557 Kunjinu feed cheyunundenkil ithu follow cheyaruthu. Njan molku bottle feed cheythu thudangiyapo try cheythadanu.. pregnancy kazhinju minimum oru 6 months enkilum kazhinjal cheyam but ithu 1-2 weeks maathram follow cheyyan patuna diet aanu. Continuous aayi cheyyan paadilla.
