INTERMITTENT FASTING GOOD/BAD|TRYING OUT BEST WEIGHTLOSS DIET
Intermittent fasting is not a diet, it's a pattern of eating. It's a way of scheduling your meals so that you get the most out of them. Yes l did intermittent fasting everyday. It's a very useful diet for fat burning & energetic lifestyle. I did fasting for 2 months without any workout. I loss 13 kg by following 16:8 fasting method

ഞാൻ ഒരു മുസ്ലിമാണ് ഞഞളുടെ വിസ്വാസം അനുസരിച്ച് ഒരു വർഷത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകമായൊരു മാസം മുഴുവൻ fasting ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. പുലർച്ചെ 5 മണി മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 6.30 വരെയാണ് മതം അനുശ്വാസിക്കുന്നസമയം, ഒരു തുള്ളി വെള്ളം പോലും കുടിക്കാതെ, 30 ദിവസം തുടർച്ചയായി എത്രയോ ചെറിയ പ്രായം മുതൽകെ അത് ശീലിച്ച് വന്നതാണ്. ഇപ്പോയും തുടരുന്നു😊🤍. അത് കൂടാതെ ആഴ്ച്ചയിലെ എല്ലാ തികളാഴ്ച്ചയും വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച്ചയും ഇതേ രീതിയിൽ നോബെടുക്കുന്നതും പുണ്യമാണ്.
