Wheat contains high gluten content which helps in weight gain, therefore, people who are on a strict diet must ignore consuming wheat. Plz read about the macronutrients of oats and wheat. Oats are rich in antioxidants including avenanthramides which helps in lowering the blood pressure levels Oats also helps in improving blood sugar levels. Try to have oats for dinner for 7days.
