In our video where we exposed and tested some TikTok trends, we used a great Cricut hack where we used parchment paper to help us apply adhesive vinyl flawlessly. Building on that amazing Cricut technique, in this tutorial, we’ll show you how to use parchment paper to apply a layered vinyl design to your surface. Applying a layered cut file with five different colors such as the one we’re using in our demonstration can be quite challenging, but this Cricut tip will make it much easier. It will help you line up your design layers and get it perfectly centered on your craft blank. Cricut beginners, if you’re ready to tackle layered vinyl designs, this video is a must-watch.

Yay!
This definitely works! It’s a MUST do when applying permanent vinyl. Only tip I have is to be careful with the lent it leaves when tearing it
@campcreates8484

Does it matter which side you use, or do both leave lent?
@senoraantero2836
2 жыл бұрын
@@campcreates8484 it would be the same for each side. For example, me I would just tear it from the roll instead of cutting it. By tearing it I was creating more chance for lent to be left behind

This is a total game changer!! I've seen this done before but you showed a little different way. Others pick up each layer and place it on the board. You added it all to the transfer tape and only applied it once. I LOVE this!! Thank you very much!! 💯👏💙💯👏💙💯👏💙💯👏💙

Okay, I see how it works! Now do you have any thoughts for a VERY LONG design? Mine design is about 36" long and I'm adding red lettering to a black lettering.
Do You do a written-out tutorial?
Cool
Hi Tanner. I am a new to this. A question, when you finished the tray dis yo put a protective layer over the transfer to protect it? Thanks
I love this hack and the cut file. I would love to know what the name of that font is.
i tried doing this for the first time. it was tricky with white vinyl when i tried layering it with the black
What is the name of the Font that you used in this video?
Will this work on a LONG design with 2 colors?
