Mubarick Mega When you practice by yourself you have to envision someone in front of you. No one can move faster than your imagination. Put yourself at different areas of the floor and have a variety of moves for different situations. Have counters so if one move doesn’t work you have a backup.

Sounds weird but try using a chair. If you use a chair pretending that it’s the defender you can practice doing your moves around it.

I know I’m totally late but, I usually do drill #2 and #3 every single time I warm up before I ball. I usually do these because I need to get passed my defender as a point guard and if he could keep up with me, do a hesitation and drive to the basketball or hesitation and do a crossover or in and out and drive. I do these drills subconsciously because I’ve gotten so used to just practicing those dribble moves. Out of all the videos I’ve watch for the past 5-6 years, this one has been one that I could say, “this one will improve your handles”. Nice job!👍
