Milk should be consumed or not? Bcz in vdio suggest to dairy product and next say no for animal product...plzz suggest...bcz milk is my daily diet...what should I do?

I love to learn more about the yoga practice. However on one end end cruciferous foods and dairy are good for hormone balance but on the other end it not to good for thyroid or pcos. So it's how to balance those things. But this information is good.
