    I love to learn more about the yoga practice. However on one end end cruciferous foods and dairy are good for hormone balance but on the other end it not to good for thyroid or pcos. So it's how to balance those things. But this information is good.

    Im in my 40's. My skin is so dry, have bulging hand & leg veins :( I have joint pains, tiredness & hot temper since a month or 2. I have fibroid too , so I have heavy periods for 2,3 days when I get periods. Can I delay menopause & increase my estogen level & hormones to maintain young look & health from these food & injecting hormones , colegen & estogen ?

    Maam mere periods ka flow bht kam ho gaya hai sirf 2 din chal rhe hain aur exact per month nh aa rhe hain 35 to 40 days mein aa rhe hain to kya karna chahiye please please reply zarur dijiye ga from pakistan... ❤
