How to stop hormonal imbalance (a summary): 1) Stop the pill 2) Get organic meat products 3) choose natural fiber clothing (take note of bras too) 4) limit plastic use- glass, stainless steel, BPA-free ones are better 5) Consume cabbage (careful if you have hypothyroidism), flaxseeds, licorice (careful if u have hypertension) 6) apply anna’s wild yam cream once in the morning and once at night (dip nail-length in the cream, spread on arms, andomen, inner legs on different times) for at least one yr. If a man, apply man’s yam cream 7) 8 laws of health (sunshine, early nights, etc) If no sexual desire/lubrication/etc: Yoni stones. Wear the biggest size 1 hr first week, 2hrs second week, 3hrs third week, 4hrs 4th week

Im losing my hair and muscle. Just made an appointment with a naturopath. Im not ready to give up. If only I knew this all those years ago. Medical trauma is real.

@@annelovesadoption4714 I did see a naturopath and am on supplements for adrenals, dopamine and B vitamin and melatonin. I am sleeping so much better. Not eating simple carbs, enjoying more red meat and fish and vegetables. I really think getting the sugar out and sleeping better has definitely helped. I dont weigh myself, dont have a scale but I am fitting into my clothes better. I started a Norwegian cod liver oil supplement and that too is helping. KZread has many videos about how to de-stress with gentle vagus nerve exercises. Diaphragmatic breathing techniques have also helped. I also sit in a near-infrared sauna at least 3x a week. Sweating is very important for detoxing environmental poisons. Im switching out my makeup for clean options. This will take awhile as its expensive! Got rid of the plastic containers and toxic cleaning chemicals. Got rid of commercial lotions and shampoos- use tallow, olive oil and castor oil for skin. All of these things have helped so much. Castor oil is a miracle in a bottle! I know this is a lot, but one step at a time. I am feeling so much better and have been eliminating plastics and toxic chemicals for awhile now- it takes time. Best of life to you! Destress as much as you can and sleep! I drink a lot more water too.

Barbara, may I please just take a moment to appreciate your knowledge. I am a 24yr old female and married for 2 years. My husband and I have the sex life of a 55 yr old couple because of the symptoms you mention in the video (no bodily lube, no sex drive, painful sex). Its depressing, and of course the screwed up look on my face during intercourse doesn't exactly inspire my hubby. Your video has enlightened and educated me on so many factors. I have been so depressed and having low libido for the past 2 years (since I started the pill, coincidence? I think not). My husband is currently working overseas so I decided to stop the pill while he wasn't here to give my hormones a break, because I knew the pill was messing with my hormones somehow, I just didn't know how badly until I watched this presentation! I have already felt change, and I'm so looking to skyrocketing my results using the steps you have provided to getting your hormones back into balance. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I’ve just recently found this video and others by Barbara, and I think they’re an answer to a prayer I didn’t even know I was praying! You know, when you’ve tried so many things to improve your life, your health, your outlook and nothing seems to make a noticeable difference, then you find yourself praying, “God please help me”. I’m encouraged now that I have some new avenues to try, especially because she did such a good job explaining how Father God created our bodies to function all throughout our lives.

I am very glad to have found this channel. Most of what Ms O'Neill teaches I already know, because I was intoxicated by insecticides in my youth and since then I am vegetarian, organic and natural medicin adept. I remember my cousin married a carnivore american man, and their daughter died of ovarian cancer 3 1/2 years old! Why? They feed the cattle growth hormones which can cause cancer in female descendants up to the 2nd generation!!!!

I started the birth control pill as a teenager because I had a boyfriend and my mother wouldn’t allow me to continue a relationship without it. Of course I questioned the doctor at this time and knew better than to take birth control, but the doctor criticized me and convinced me that it is safe and better than pregnancy. Today, two and a half years later, age 19 (post birth control), I have developed hypothyroidism and have secondary amenorrhea (no menstrual cycle). The endocrinologist has given me two options: The Pill or Progesterone. I tried to get some guidance, but I am through with the doctors. I have absolutely no option but to 100% take these matters into my own hands. Barbara you are God-sent, I appreciate you to the fullest. Thank you

Sorry for your extreme experience. Misery also exists in being 32 years without sex, in your prime years, with constant high and low of 'natural' cycling. It is also another extreme no one seems to understand! These issues would still exist even to married people- I felt the need to say that to those who try to make it seem like they have all the answers or that there are simple answers.

Anna’s Wild Yam Cream is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I’ve always had horrible cramps/symptoms during my period for my whole life (I am currently 20). I went on the pill at age 16 and my cramps stopped along with my period. I then did my own research on it and wanted to get off, but was absolutely terrified of my cramps returning. They did return, just as bad as they used to be. I then found your video and AWYC and now my cramps are 95% gone. Simply amazing. I feel like I have my life back. And I don’t need the pill. For anyone considering, use it. It will be so worth it.

All of the hormone imbalance she talked about are caused by the same diet she recommends which is a vegan diet. I’ve come to find this out through studying the vegan diet and also through experiencing it myself while on a vegan diet. I had all of the symptoms she talks about, depression, low sex drive, acne ect. I quit veganism (2years on the vegan diet) and I healed up within a year. I love all of her natural remedies but I don’t agree with the diet she suggests. Now a days we have 100% grass fed cows and lots of naturally raised animals. We also have the option to buy raw milk instead of pasteurized which is what causes the problems she mentions. So in my opinion she’s wrong about the diet but I still love her teachings :)

In many cases what you say is true when a vegan consumes a high carbohydrate diet. But, if the carbohydrates are reduced, and the low carbohydrate, generous protein and fats, as found in legumes, nuts and seeds are consumed, then it is a different story. Regards, Barbara

I agree a vegan diet can make it worse for some people. It's important to take into consideration that everyone is different. I also tried a vegan diet and carefully tracked macros intake so that I was getting a good amount of proteins and fats. I still ended up having the worst pms symptoms in my life. Once I changed back to the diet I had it was better but I've not been the same since. Everyone's biological makeup is different and there's a possibility of other underlying conditions so a vegan diet may be good for some but not all. I discovered I have b12 deficiency and even with supplementation my body does not absorb enough with a vegan diet. You can't get b12 with a vegan diet and B12 deficiency is dangerous. I don't want to discourage anyone from a this diet. Just be careful to notice how you are feeling and to make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need to stay healthy 🙏🏻
