28:40 "That time you planned to waste is not a wasted time". Gold.
Honestly, one of the best videos I have ever seen. It was amazing, clear information excellent way to communicate. I love it
it is a crime that this only has 8k views
Very inspirational and very actionable. Emotion discomfort and timeboxing was the key concept for me.
Just amazing!! I know that i need to watch and practice this again and again to master my internal triggers and I will do it!!
This Is Awesome. Create Problem First And Then Sold Solution.
Hi! Can you provide sources for how we are neurologically motivated to escape discomfort? I'm interested in papers that support this
Amazing example of how the real quality information on youtube is hard to find. Under 9k views for a lifetime of information on avoiding distraction and getting your life together.

If we created a separate app for only intellectual content, would you use it?
Very useful information!! Thank you for sharing! ☺️🥰❤️
I want to become a claimer not a blamer and a shamer!
Great content, weird personality, not a fan of his vibe but very insightful at the same time. Can't get diStrAcTed by it riGhT?
Are you mad that they cut you out of the film :))) ?
Nir looks like a hustler that tries to sell you snake oil. He looks opinionated and cocky. If you want to really read about habits and productivity read the original book Nil stole from not only content but also a cover style for his book to remind the original: "The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business" by Charles Duhigg

i dont mean to be so offtopic but does anyone know a way to get back into an Instagram account? I stupidly forgot the account password. I love any assistance you can offer me!
Nir gave a very slanted view of The Social Dilemma in the first few minutes and sounded quite salty about not making it into the final cut. I would be very interested to hear Tristan Harris respond to Nir's claims. I had to stop listening after that - I put up with enough condescending opinion pieces masquerading as objective journalism from the mainstream media these days. I don't have time to listen to another egotistical tech bro talking down to his audience.

If you think The Social Dilemma resembles objective journalism, it might be a good opportunity to rewatch it closely and pay attention to how the movie manipulated your emotions.
