Do someone a favor I did a favor for an intern at a fortune 500 company who's master's thesis depended on the health of a cheap 8k computer. Fixed it on my own time with two popsicle sticks (connecting a warped computer board). Everyone else laughed at him. Years later down on luck and forced to move met the same person who was hired by the same company and was a rising star. He asked How ya doing and responded with stating the crappy situation and immediately offered a remote position (this was 1999). Remote work was rarely heard of. Saved my career and was able to continue to get my pension. Worked remote except Mil reserves ever since.

Its a good conversation and she makes good points. It however makes alot of assumptions, and it would be responsible to have another person, preferably someone/s who has/ve done the research give data so that people have full view. Society has changed, and how we live is changing... its probably more a society thing, not therapist issue. We await the reference lists.

I believe the story he tried to tell about people giving up hope and in doing so, dying in internment camps was a story told by Admiral James Stockdale. Admiral Stockdale explained that it was the soldiers in the Hanoi Hilton that convinced themselves they would be out by Christmas, and when Christmas came and went and their release was not secured, they did give up hope and did not make it. There's more detail to it than this, just wanted to give credit and correct the record a little, as it is an important story, and worth telling, correctly.

The reason the nutrition and exercise experts come after Huberman is simple. They are "experts" and he is not an expert in their area. They focus on their expertise. Huberman tends to stretch beyond his with opinion but doesn't accept the expertise/opinions of others in their field.

According to chatGPT, mixing bananas with blueberries does not negatively impact the polyphenol content of blueberries. See below: Polyphenol Content: Blueberries are rich in polyphenols, particularly anthocyanins, which are known for their antioxidant properties. Mixing them with bananas does not negate these benefits. Polyphenol Oxidase: While bananas contain polyphenol oxidase (PPO), the enzyme responsible for browning, this reaction primarily affects the phenolic compounds within the banana itself. It does not impact the polyphenols in blueberries. Nutrient Interaction: There is no evidence to suggest that the combination of bananas and blueberries negatively affects the absorption or efficacy of polyphenols. In fact, combining different fruits can provide a broader range of nutrients and health benefits.

Practicing Psychological Safety is, in part, about admitting mistakes without fear of retribution or retaliation. Wouldn’t it have been great to be in the room when Alan started clapping when someone trusted the culture and admitted they had red in their report.

Great stream, as always. I appreciate the level-headed approach you take to the news and the markets. A lot has changed and it's everywhere, but the truth is that owning Bitcoin is not enough, but investing and trading to earn more and increase your portfolio is of paramount importance. . As for me, I trade with expert Aaron Smith and my crypto portfolio continues to grow.
