Getting Your Sales Interview Without Sales Experience
If you're looking for a high-paying sales job in SaaS sales, tech sales, software sales, or any other type of sales role... You may be asking how do you get an interview or sales job without any sales experience. So to start your sales career with no experience, you first have to change your mindset. Companies are actively looking for fresh hires who have no sales experience to join their organization. Hiring a salesperson with no sales experience is much more common for sales development and business development roles. This is because they can train you from the ground up. So is true if you are graduating from university or even looking to make a career switch.
Entry Level Sales Roles
The most common entry-level sales role include sales development, business development, account executive, and account manager. You'll need skills in sales prospecting like cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn.
How To Find High Paying Sales Roles
To find a sales job, you'll want to look directly on a companies website, LinkedIn, Angel List, and other job boards.

Also, don't undervalue transferrable skills you've gained from a different field. Especially if you're getting into sales as a career change rather than entry-level. Most job roles help you build skills useful to sales in one way or the other.

Companies are looking for people that can get a meeting and close deals. It’s does not matter about anything else. Either you have the ability to get meetings and close or you don’t. If you have no experience look for a company that is willing to give you an inside sales job BDR. It’s a 2 year track at least. No degree is required. Interviewing is not the way you are going a high paying sales job. You will know the people that are hiring. He does give good advise on mass hiring for entry level to start.
