I find neck training has helped me prevent headaches, if I catch them early on. I can go do some banded stuff, and get a starting headache to go away.

You can use a double-sided velcro and an old hat or a towel to put on your head, some old resistance bands and you got yourself an improvised iron neck contraption. Just wrap the velcro around your head and close it on the band and you can do flexion and extension or side neck bends. Also you can use a towel to bite on the band and do turns from left to right. Props to Ross Enamait for the velcro thing. kzread.info/dash/bejne/l6efpcmvdMrbZto.html

Thanks for showing using bands. I will do that too. My neck is really weak and I don't want to get hurt if I fall or while doing other exercises. I ordered a Neck Flex MMB Pro. Not too expensive. Should be here Monday. I looked an Iron Neck about a year ago and decided it was too expensive. Definitely want to start really slow. A sprained neck is a big no-no.

I’ve been doing neck training for almost a year now and having been loving it. Plus I had a couple injuries and my stronger neck definitely prevented them from being worse. Question…when I’m doing circular neck warmups I’m hearing all kinds of cracks and rattles as I rotate. Is this normal? Thanks for all your great work 🙏❤️

For those that carry a head harness in their gym bag: The chain that comes with most harnesses is heavy. I replaced it with 550 cord. More than strong enough.
