    Yes!! I've been dealing with several health issues and am severely underweight. It is the worst feeling. It makes me feel super anxious and stressed out. Being skinny doesn't automatically mean you're healthy or happy. It is very stressful on your body! I'm hopeful that I will gain weight over this next year and be healthier! 💪🏼

    Yes! Protein shakes are life!!! I have days where I literally can’t swallow food. It’s crazy! I’ve recently realized I have an unintentional eating disorder. I don’t purposely starve myself, or binge/ purge , I just genuinely don’t have an appetite most of the time.

    Do you notice any stomach bloating? I’ve started to drink protein bc i’m also trying to gain weight but I noticed my stomach is bloated most the time now. I know it’s kinda normal since i’m drinking protein now but isn’t is supposed to go to other parts of the body as well??

    @@pinkzebra7226 I definitely noticed bloating at first! It surpasses after a while, i think our body is just getting used to all the calories. It’s definitely important to workout because our stomach pull the weight the fastest. Do you use whey protein or? The Ensure Plus is light on the stomach and gives you a good amount of calories. I use them as the base for my GNC Bulk 1340 protein shake sometimes.

    Being tall its so hard gaining weight and still not looking like a damn stick. I'm 5'9 and even at 140 people still comment "omg youre so skinny" IT ERKS MY NERVES ! LOL people who do not have our fast metabolism struggles have no clue how hard it is to gain and get to a healthy looking weight. I'm aiming for 165-170. Thank you for the inspiration!

    @@princessjay6220 CARBS! Lol! I try to eat about 55% carbs everyday, that's what puts weight on you but also high protein as well. Counting calories and measuring your food intake everytime you eat. We always think were eating enough but never gain. I'm big on nutritional shakes with high calories and drinking my calories as well like smoothies. We just gotta eat more than our body requires. Its like if your body requires 3 bananas (metaphorically) you gotta eat 4 or 5 to store those extra calories youre not burning off. I eat 3500 calories a day but what sucks is when I get my period, I have no appetite. I barely eat and thats trying to force myself. Stress also plays a factor. We lose so fast, all that progress goes away within days. For me, I have to figure out how to pass those obstacles. Its really mindset and training your body. It takes 21 days to create a habit. I stopped heavy lifting because it was just making me lose the progress I was making. Its fucking hard. Lol ive never succeeded passing 140 without a pregnancy. My highest was 155 after I gad my son and it dropped within weeks. Work on your mindset even when youre stressed or do not feel like cooking.

    bro gain is never easy. i have been told so many times to just eat to gain weight! but the thing is its also about your diet, tried agoge diet and its the only thing that worked for me. its great! never felt better with my body

    Thanks so much for sharing. Someone recently told me to try Apetamine, but I was nervous seeing that it makes you extremely sleepy and I think I saw that it wasn’t FDA approved.     I like how you kept it simple, straight to the point. You gotta be on a caloric surplus. This is the "sustainable" way to gain and actually maintain the weight. Definitely try the oat milk!! It's reaaaally thick so it makes the smoothies even more creamy. The brand that is the creamiest is "Oatly" they have a vanilla and chocolate flavor. Packed with flavor, calories, and will definitely be easier for your body to digest rather than whole milk.

    I was really small at one time too, so I can definitely relate. I was picked on a lot, so it did affect my self-esteem. As an adult I had a hard time finding clothes in my size. Now, I need to lose about 15, mainly in my stomach area, but I still prefer being this size vs being too small.

    Finally a someone, especially a black woman who's almost as tall as me and started off at the exact weight I am. I've done the weight gain once but it only lasted a few months it's very hard to maintain until your body adjusts to the changes and it becomes normal. I use the kind same protein I just need to actually use it lol smh them shake ain't no joke though a lot of fluid to down in one sitting but I would just force myself to down it. Ugh lemme get my azz back on it and start drinking these shakes everyday and continuing to work out. 😩💪🏾🖤🖤

    I’m 5’4” & 108 the biggest I’ve been is 131 my norm is 115 I wanna be 135 & I’m 25 w/1 kid

    I’m 5’3.5, and currently 118 and that’s me trying to bulk. If I don’t pay attention to my calorie intake, I go back into the 99-98lb area because of my high metabolism. It sucks. I’m going to try the protein shake thing, see if it works for me.

    as someone who has been trying to gain more weight because i've been very skinny my entire life (im 90/100 pounds) and am self concious of the way i look because i've gotten comments about how slim i am, this video gives me more confidence to continue trying to gain more weight!

    Trying to gain weight after having a slowed digestive track. Still working on fixing it but I'm generally not very hungry because of the backed up in my lower intestines. Thank you for the info on how to gain the weight back once my gut is healed.

    She’s absolutely right!!! I use serious mass aswell and boy oh boy has it helped me gain weight!! I had went from 120lb to 140 in almost 2mo😳I was exercising and it helped me get some curves to my body! I just bought another container 🥵 because it’s the real deal fr!!

    I have always been a "stick." I've been trying to gain weight since high school. Finally, I gained 30 pounds during pregnancy. After I had my daughter, I LOVED my body. 1 year later, and I've lost it all and then some. I am FED UP- I am ready to make a change. Thanks for the advice..I am definitely going to look into that protein powder.

    Thanks girl! I’m naturally thin mostly because of genetics and also I have a fast metabolism, I love food and I can gain weight, it’s just I need more tips on high protein foods to keep up with my metabolism. I do have a huge appetite but mostly if I did lose my appetite it’s because of stress or anxiety I’ve had.

    Been trying to gain my whole life. I’m only 120 and my height 5’11 . I Was bullied elementary thru high school even by family aswell. I literally tried everything for years nothing helped. I hope this works. Nobody understand how hard it is I been told by people all the time “you don’t eat”, you’re so skinny etc.. And I’m like -.- I do eat just cause it’s easy for them to gain doesn’t mean for everyone. Having Desperation and anxiety also doesn’t help :(

    I’m the same height and close to your before weight! This is SO encouraging; I’ll definitely be adding some of this to my repertoire! I have a different kind of whey protein from the same company... I hope that’ll do the trick cuz I’m already using it, lol. MyFitnessPal helps me track my calories. 🤗

    I’m so glad I’ve found this video , it’s been so helpful . With the protein powder I used to take protein powder I just stopped as I started getting a very bloated stomach and I was still working out it just didn’t go away … and then I started getting acne stress 🥴but I’m going to try your way ! As I feel like I’m getting there but my weight always going up and down 🌚but thanks so much 💕

    I weighed 95 lbs also. I gained after trying to relax b4 eating. I got to 130 and then lost again. The struggles mein but we will overcome

    I am 6 ft and I did not grow up having shape. I think using mass protein is an amazing hack sis, thanks for saving me complicated diets. I usually have low apetite, so I need to get that going, and drinking a breakfast shake would be great. I love eating homemade food, but I feel full fast, so I cant suddenly bring out huge plates.

    I’m 116 and you know how it is, I am 5”6 and it actully bothers me to sit down now like I can feel my butt bones even on plushy soft chairs it’s starting to worry me

    At 67” I was looking and feeling my best at 145lbs. Got cancer, had surgery and ended up at 117lbs. Was scared out of my mind. I’ve gained 10 pounds in two months thanks to protein shakes. Im going on a meat and protein drink diet only. Time to get back to feeling good.

    I’m 5’8 and having unexplained weight loss since February of this year. I’m only 110 pounds and it fluctuates up and down. I’m scared for it to keep dropping. My goal is: 130 pounds!!! I’m also experiencing many other uncomfy symptoms: like hair loss, drowsy, get abdomen aches sometimes, easy bruising, have heart palpitations now(where it races on and off or pauses) get chest pressure discomfort or aches. I have trivial tricuspid, trace pulmonic, and trace mitral regurgitations. Get joint aches too sometimes. Out of breath sometimes. I have daily physical discomfort and wish it would all go away for good! All I want is to be normal weight again, be happy, and for all this to go away. This all gets mentally draining, that I stress out and cry on and off as it’s frustrating.
