    Start training bro, start with push ups trust me, you will get tired and you will automatically eat more. Do every day push ups and drink milk and eat much bananas. If you see any results then register in a gym or go at a park where you can do pull ups ( pull ups are good for your arms your chest and your back). I trust in you, good luck bro.

    I had a condition where I LITERALLY could not keep food down at all ( a condition called Achalasia). I lost over 100 pounds in 2 years. Just had surgery 2 weeks ago and got my condition fixed and now trying to gain weight. I have been on both spectrums and I now see how hard it is for the skinny culture to gain weight.     The best food to gain weight is banana..this personally worked for me... I was too skinny.. Then I started eating 1 banana a day, for a week... N I have put on lots of weight and I don't look skinny anymore.. U guys give it a try.. It will surely work

    when i was a bodybuilder i tried desperately to gain weight. I ate 5-6 meals a day, eating snacks between, took weight gainer and protein shakes and worked out 3 times a day. In 3 years of doing this i managed to gain a measly 15 lbs. Granted i was strong and could easily bench press my own body weight, but my physique looked almost the same. I gave up and within a few months i lost all my gains and was back down to my natural weight. I've lost hope that i'll ever get any bigger, i mean, im 32 now and i feel i still have the metabolism of my teenage years.

    It surprises me how much people struggle with gaining weight. Good to see you found each other. I myself got a fast metabolism, confirmed by the doctor. I'm a foodie too, really enjoy eating. For the first time in my life I'm out of the skinny zone and into the "normal" one. I did this by eating every 3 hours and having fatty snacks in between. Make this your routine and it will change. I'd never thought it would happen to me, but now it did. Gradually work towards doubling your calorie intake. Also, count your calories!

    Honestly, weight gain is a real struggle for me and I'm super glad to know that I'm not alone in this,I've tried everything but I still cant seem to gain weight,even when it seems like I'm beginning to gain a little weight,I lose it almost as fast as I gain it,l would manage to gain a little wait over a couple of months only to lose it within a few weeks, it feels like my body isn't working the way it should and I'm sick and tired

    I got sick... from antibiotics. I started slowly.... I take vit b 12... it helps digestion and the liver. I took one bottle of biotin. It is a B vitamin... it is given for hair growth but helps every cell in the body. About half way taking it I started eating better. I gained 2 pounds. But I'm finding that if my electrolytes are off I will pee out too much and by the next day I lose those two pounds. If my potassium and sodium I'd balance i don't lose any weight. But so far it still is a day to day struggle. I never had this problem before. I'm 64 years old. I am tired of trying but I can only try

    Sweeties, this comment touched me deeply, I'm 65 and never weighed over 118, still fit clothes from 30y ago. Please do not harbor your negative thoughts, instead love yourselves. I m very strong minded so looks and comments don't bother me like my own thoughts did. I'm healthy, zero medications, men and women envy me, can wear anything, eat everything and put no limits on myself. Snap out of it dears and be proud that you will live a healthy life well into old age. You do you boo😘💗

    Tip for those who struggle with eating- if your someone who can take large pills- what you do is place jar of peanut butter in freezer. Take out just prior to freeze so consistency is firm. Scoop out and form to large pill size balls. Place in mouth and drink down few (or one) at a time with glass of milk. PB is very high in fat. You can do this for up to 3 times a day in addition to the food you eat. It’s about 25g or fat per time which after literally 2-4 weeks you will see a difference. I know from experience. It’s not the healthiest but for people like us that struggle with weight gain that was the last of my concerns. With the verbal abuse of being thin, I was more afraid of ending my own life versus eating something unhealthy. Peace all.

Surprisingly it is healthy , it consists of vegetables mixed with meat or chicken (a few slices ) and one broiled egg on the top of your plate . A KZreadr told me it worked for him . Search for chanconabe/chankona e on KZread , you'll be surprised to see sumo wrestlers eat healthy

    I have been skinny all my 42 years that I have lived. Please remember that being skinny is an hormonal thing and you cannot do too much about it. Just eating more (like everybody tells you) is too simplistic and does not work. Your hormones are regulating if your body stores fat or not. It is much more important that you eat healthy (lots of raw foods and good fats and proteins) rather than high volume junk. And keep your hands of sugar and white flours. That will just speed your metabolism up even more.

    As someone who has worked in the supermarket and fast food industry I slightly disagree. While some may have a normal mechanism that alerts them to not being hungry and do they don’t eat, and others have a normal release that tells them they are hungry and so they eat more...we can all override this by eating more or less... Skinny people eat fatty things irregularly or instead of... Fat people eat fatty things in addition to...their breakfast lunch and dinner... Fat people always take advantage of deals. I worked in a bakery and the majority of thin people never did. 1 doughnut for $0.70 or 2 for $1, skinny people always went for 1. It’s really an eating habit that people have mastered in the time they have been on the earth which is why it’s hard... Fat people easily put on weight because they have learned how to eat and over eat daily... skinny people have learned to say No, despite being able to take more in... Both is hard, but as a fattie I would gladly be in a position where I needed to gain weight. That’s a task I could do with flying colours. Eating out 3 times a week, snacking on rubbish, having a couple milkshakes, sweet packets, chocolate bars and crisps sounds like a welcome dilemma to have

    It might be going on the inside? Sometimes the fat shows on the outside (like on me :/ ) but sometimes it lines the organs, and those health problems show up later in life, so don't go for junk food, go for more exercise, especially resistance exercises like pushups and calisthenics. That will boost your muscle mass, and then you can up your proteins in your diet. It really varies doesn't it? I just watched this video and gained 2lbs. 😅😢

    I had good success with breakfast smoothies. Got me back to normal. 1 avocado cup of strawberries 1 banana spinach lemon apple peanut butter coconut oil Also started learning to cook different foods. Chicken curry stir-fry was so good, but I got tired of it. Pasta is good because it's hard to get tired of. Homemade tacos are also really good. I grab a can of "bean blend" and throw it in with the meat, makes it go a lot further. I think the best thing is to eat foods that you find delicious. Should be a pleasure rather than a struggle.

    Try and eat alot of eggs and milk in the morning then eat some rice with milk and for a night snack eat some nuts with milk (also don't forget to drink alot of water it's very important if you don't drink water you will die)

    Milk + Banana shakes morning and night are super effective. It helped me gain 15 pounds. Friends and family members began to notice after only one month of shakes plus regular weightlifting.

    some tips to gain weight/more body fat is eating avocado toast everyday with whole milk cheese and sliced up hot dog sausage links with any kind of protein shake. i use one banana, two scoops of protein, and whole milk with lots of ice. also, you can try adding avocado or whole milk to every other meal. also greek yogurt/ whole milk yogurt with honey for snacking contains a lot of protein and fat! try to eat like this for at least two weeks straight and see the difference.

    You’re just not eating enough and you’re living an unhealthy lifestyles probably, if am I correct I’d suggest you to: -stay away from all the unhealthy food specially energy drinks fast food etc -eat at least 5 meals a day stay away from unhealthy snacks like chips -eat eggs at least 2 times a day they contain protein -Workout so you can gain muscle and eat bananas or milkshakes after every workout - workout for 4 days every week and sleep 8 hours or more and sleep early because your muscles won’t grow if you’re not getting enough sleep -Stay in progress, don’t give up because you will make it harder and worse everyone can change I’m skinny too I can gain weight and build muscles easily but I just get bored so quick so don’t be like me

    @@muesli_ yeah it all just depends on caloric intake, you can eat junk your whole life but you still won’t gain weight if it isn’t above your maintenance calories. You can gain weight by just bulking with junk calories but that wouldn’t be the healthy option.

    Hey I'm in the same boat bro, I was 11st (6ft) and through alot of hard work (and a huge amount of protein powder and 4pints of whole milk a day I managed to get up to 13st 5lb. Due to concerns on the impact it was having on my health (stomoch pains and constant diarrhea) I took my foot off the gas, and within 4 months I was back down to 11st again. I could literally feel the weight burning off me. I decided to go to the doctor and now being investigated for Crohn's disease and colitis and I wouldn't be surprised if many of the people in this comment section suffer the same. Its very depressing as it was so hard to put on the weight and it was all in vein.

    I used to be super skinny and recently started gaining weight gradually (still hoping to gain more). People started asking what I was eating and looking back, I assume it was my breakfast diet. I used to skip breakfast or sometimes even have late breakfast but I changed and started taking breakfast at least before 8:30 am. I had porridge oats (with lots of milk) and bread (at least 4 slices) with peanut butter spread for breakfast. I also started eating more chicken (home cooked) and increased my carbs and protein intake. I also started doing exercises for my thighs. Anyway, it probably had nothing or something to do with my diet change. I heard that as you grow older, you metabolism starts to slows down. Maybe it could be my metabolism slowing down.

    I honestly think that gaining weight and losing weight both have the exact same difficulties. I have literally been skinny my whole life and when ever I eat junk food and that unhealthy stuff nothing ever changes and the more healthy foods I eat, I still stay the same. Some people at school call me 'long stick' because I am tall and skinny. So I am saying that gaining and losing weight have the same difficulties

    Yeah same here. They used to call me stickman or slenderman back when I was in school. I am currently 24 and still looking the same as I was 6 years ago. The only good thing that is good when you are skinny is that people will think that you are a lot younger.

    Oats, PB, a banana, coconut cream and milk (or alternative) is a pretty good shake with a decent amount of calories. Chocolate protein powder tastes good thrown in there too if you're trying to get gains

    Alfredo sauce was created by a Chef of the same name to help his wife keep her weight up when she was wasting away from consumption. You melt butter, lower the heat and add full fat heavy whipping cream, remove it from the stove and add grated parmesan cheese and stir until thickened. I love to add garlic as well. You pour that over fully carb-loaded pasta or even a baked potato which is also a carb-loaded food, and maybe crispy bacon and the calories soar. When I was a premier trainer in a local gym, I met an 18-year old extreme ectomorph. He was tall and had about as much mass as a mosquito although he ate tons of food. It was never enough to put weight on him. He looked as though he had no calves too. So, I told him at each meal, when he had a glass of full fat milk, add a couple of scoops of his favorite weight-gain whey protein powder flavor to his milk, or even try to match the calories of the meal with the number of scoops. I'll never forget when he came in a few months later. Not only had he filled out, like his neck, chest and arms, but he rotated his foot around and flexed his perfect heart-shaped split calves. He was so happy, he was laughing the whole time.

    Okay but i eat FRICKIN RICE EVERY FRICKING DAY AND IM STILL NOT FAT AND I HAVE MORE THAN A CUP I HAVE A FAT HOLE BLOODY PLATE AND I HAVE IT AT LEAST 3 times OR 2 times EVERYDAY SINCE I WAS LITTLE/3YEARS OLD

    Sara K you must have a quick metabolism! People react different to food, if you’re trying to gain weight and you already eat a lot, then eat about 500 kcal extra per day for 2 months, make sure is clean food and not just fries, chips etc otherwise won’t be good for your body.     To all skinny guys out there : you have fast metabolism like me . You are lucky you don't gain weight by just eating But you will gain weight by hitting the gym and workout weights . And you will get weight by growing pure muscles 💪 . It's an advantage for us . I talk from my experience . I gained weight only after going gym for just 6 months and continue to gain

    I am very thin and has dark circles. All make fun of me. I have very low energy ;I get exaust even after completing one chapter and feel sleepy all day and I face difficulty in study. I am totally frustrated of my life.

    I hate when people say me :you don't eat more . And kids bully me taking different names .     I stopped looking at usual ads poromoting weight loss & only eatch how to gain weight youtube. By the next six weeks i aim to gain some 3-4 kilos and i will achieve it. Hang in there, you are not alone folks. 😊
