    I know you said you don't eat the bananas in smoothie but for anyone else - Avocado banana smoothies are good and high calorie. I add that, almond milk, ice, and honey together. Can't taste the avocado much.

    You are truly a savior and an angel....I'm 15 years old and my shoulder to hip ratio is just not it. I look at all the girls around me and they look like normal, healthy girls. I just look like a thing... I'm black myself, and all my black peers gain weight heathily and look good and I'm over here like, why is it just me?? What's wrong with me??     Just know you will grow out of this phase and you will be so happy you didn’t peak at 15 years old. Just give yourself some self love and take care of yourself and in a couple years you will be a knockout!

    You are SO beautiful, inside and out! I love how youre diversifying your content and it's ALL ON POINT! You're one of my favorites on this platform bc you make these self-help tasks fun and I believe in your content! Personally, I think you are perfect as you are. And the weight comes automatically with age lol. Hoever, as a nutritionist and personal trainer I feel you are on the right track for healthful weight gains! The orange juice is fine but beware of consuming too much simple sugar unless you're juicing the oranges yourself for the vitamin c and natural sugar benefits. You are already consuming more calories and healthy food options but I'd have liked to see you add some GREEN veg to your meals. Their benefits are endless! Also, instead of sugary drinks infuse your water with ginger, cucumber, fruit or whatever you like but keep that simple. I say this bc even though I'm older, we may have similar body types. I was always slim then I stared training and eating clean while drinking protein shakes in between meals. I went from 125 to 180 in about 5 months or so. At 180 lbs I was nicely thick but too much bulk, mostly around the midsection from added sugar, carb loading and fatty meat proteins. When I incorporated more leafy greens, lean proteins and cut out sugar I dropped to 170 but I'm thick where I should be and slim around the middle. Not that you need my input but it can only help lol. Keep it comin Crys!

    Orange juice counts. Every calorie counts. Even if it does not have fat-excess will be stored as fat regardless of the nature of the macronutrient whether it’s protein CHO or fat derived.

    I am starting to work out my abs and glutes with weights and I just can’t get past 132 pounds and it is killing me!!     I’m 5’1 120lbs and that looks like so much food.😭 For me to gain 0.5 lbs a week it says I have to eat a 1,951 calories a day. To maintain they said 1,701. I usually only eat breakfast and dinner and I also never snack. So it seems like I just need to add lunch and a regular cup size of a protein shake to reach my goal. Seems doable. I’m really gonna be full FULL all day. But imma have to go to the gym to get the booty I want too😩

    for me I was eating constantly to gain weight and once I reached it I was relived I didn't have to eat so much lol it was kind of stressful always worrying about not meeting my calorie goal for the day. Everyone is different but for me personally my appetite didn't increase. But if you do experience that just eat on low cal-healthy snacks until your appetite goes back to normal

    I'm autistic with all kinds of food/sensory issues and trying to weight gain. Most of the time, most foods are not appealing to me and I don't enjoy eating at all. To make matters worse, I also have teeth issues and had cavities AGAIN. The advice to gain weight contradicts with the advice to prevent cavities and it's starting to drive me nuts. Like weight gain advice is lots of small meals but dental health advice says as few meals as possible, spread out is worse for the tooth that gorging yourself all at once ( I can't eat that much at once). It's like I have to choose one. I'm ready for food pills to finally be invented. It would fix all my problems.

    Okay Sis!😊 I think you also gained weight because you're newlyweds 😁😍 If you know what I mean 😆😁 You're also not as hyper as you use to be before you got married 😉 That man calmed you down Honey!😆😁💓 The same thing happened to me when I got married almost 14 years ago 😁💓 We're thriving to make it into eternity in paradise ❤️✨😉 I'm also trying to get rid of weight. Tired of looking like I'm pregnant when I'm just fat!😆😁 I've got 45 lbs to get rid of. I will do it!😁
