What I’ve learned is that selflessness is not the issue. Putting others first IN HOPES they reciprocate? You will always be last. Selflessness with boundaries is a must and something I’m working on. Thank you for sharing, I love watching you.

She didn’t really share anything though in this video either. I like her but this video seemed very rehearsed and general, I feel a little more personal and less general lines and talking in the 3rd person about herself would have made it seem less rehearsed and artificial

The best thing you can say to people is that THEY need to do what is best for THEM, your choices are yours and they are what's best for YOU. I was one of your defenders because I know what divorce feels like first hand and the last thing you needed while walking through fire (emotional hell) was a subbie sitting there with a can of gasoline (gossip) and another with a match (assumptions)! Yes think for myself and validate myself ive struggled with this! I thought I did these things when not in a relationship but when in a relationship i kind of lost that part of me but shes coming back 💪🏾. Therapy has helped and helps me be there and comfort my inner child, knowing that I have got me no matter what. I feel sad sometimes that i didn't no that sooner but glad I know now!

I’m here for the change up! Just leave the hair videos up. I go back to them when I’m tryna get my perm rod sets together lol But seriously this video spoke to me. You mentioned a few things actually that my therapist just said to me yesterday so now I know I gotta move different for me so thank you
