    This video is REALLY well done. Not only was the explanation of what to do, but WHY, and the sound level of the background track didn’t overpower the narration. Finally, SOOOOO many forget to say what to look for, how to know, but you not only explained, but zoomed in to show. Masterful ! Now, please make the video on the most terrifying part: How to eat a whole-cooked fish off the bone !

    Contains good tips such as how to angle the knife, remove the garlic, turn when you see the bubbles in the slits, and lower heat after you turn. Thanx

    Nice video. About how long did you cook the first side? You mentioned 3-5 minutes after you turn the fish over, but I am curious about the first side (aside from the oil bubbles penetrating the cuts).

    I should have seen this before i cooked my previous fish which i completely spoiled as i tried to turn the fish before it fried well. Thanks for this video this was what i wanted.

    Your fish is still raw then wait until it is fully cooked and it wont torn into pieces when you turn it over

    If u don't want ur fish torn into Pieces when u turn it after u add all ur flavors to the fish just dip it both side into regular white plain flour..... the flour helps don't get stuck on the pot when u flip it but u have to cooking it on medium high heat the hole time.....

    If you were to fry fish with vegetables and potatoes, do you fry the potatoes and the vegetables first and then fry the fish or do you fry everything altogether?
