I remember seeing this video several years ago, because it’s the only one out there that shows me how to fry whole fish properly. Thank you so much for this.
4:31 Imagine if she said: "just make sure you do it as gentle as possible because you don't want to hurt the fish" Lol

Thanks for the hint on avoiding the paper towel after frying.
This video is REALLY well done. Not only was the explanation of what to do, but WHY, and the sound level of the background track didn’t overpower the narration. Finally, SOOOOO many forget to say what to look for, how to know, but you not only explained, but zoomed in to show. Masterful ! Now, please make the video on the most terrifying part: How to eat a whole-cooked fish off the bone !
But fins are the best part!

Your voice is so soothing! It gives a not good cook like me Confidence! I am so glad of this fish recipe. I always wondered how to cook fish whole & no batter without all my seasons coming off, fish tearing when I turn, and realizing the secret season is in that Fatback! Thank you so much!
Thank you for such a simple but informative approach to this style of preparing fish.
Contains good tips such as how to angle the knife, remove the garlic, turn when you see the bubbles in the slits, and lower heat after you turn. Thanx
Ohhh, ymmm.. so simple and very easy way to fry fish. I m gonna make it to night. Thanx 4 sharing :)
I came here for info on frying fish but falling asleep to your relaxing voice works too.. 😴
I love this video. She didn’t talk about her hair or nails or something happening outside that has nothing to do with the video. Simple, to the point, well presented and awesome.
was thinking about frying fish tonight for dinner and this is the first video that popped up. it really helps, thank you!!!!
Thank you for explaining each step! It looks awesome!
Your voice should be for meditation apps or videos, so calming even describing frying fish 😅 Thanks for the video! This is what I needed for my fish today.
By the way, I love your music! Thanks goodness for a little bit class & going against the grain of loud, loud, bam, bam. Excellent Cooking is a Gift that intertwines with the spirit. The spirit needs calmness & peace to out pour it's best. Thank you, Mam for a very Classic Page.
It will be my first time doing fish tomorrow im excited after watching this video 👍 thanks u helped a lot
Watched several videos and this is the best short and sweet and what I great tip to flip when the bubbles are coming through the slits.

Beautiful, soothing voice n very clear accent...
I usually always use some type of batter but I'm gonna try it this way looks good
Nice video. About how long did you cook the first side? You mentioned 3-5 minutes after you turn the fish over, but I am curious about the first side (aside from the oil bubbles penetrating the cuts).
That was a well presented and thought out video with good info. Subd & liked
Nice and simple recipe with good clear instructions 👍 Thanks 🙏
that beat in the background tho! Shit knocks!!!! And that fish! MAN! Good stuff.
Great technique, your voice could melt butter.
I should have seen this before i cooked my previous fish which i completely spoiled as i tried to turn the fish before it fried well. Thanks for this video this was what i wanted.
Excellent video.Fish looks great.

Your fish is still raw then wait until it is fully cooked and it wont torn into pieces when you turn it over

If u don't want ur fish torn into Pieces when u turn it after u add all ur flavors to the fish just dip it both side into regular white plain flour..... the flour helps don't get stuck on the pot when u flip it but u have to cooking it on medium high heat the hole time.....

Very nice your fish fry
If you were to fry fish with vegetables and potatoes, do you fry the potatoes and the vegetables first and then fry the fish or do you fry everything altogether?
