How to Fix Wrist Pain for Good
Dr. Rowe shows how to fix wrist pain AT HOME, and it's shown in an easy to follow step-by-step guide.
First, an effective wrist pain relief muscle, ligament, and tendon (aka soft tissue) massage technique is shown that may help release tightness, quickly helping to give wrist pain and carpal tunnel syndrome relief in as little as 30 SECONDS!
Second, wrist pain relief mobility exercises are demonstrated to help increase range of motion and mobility in the wrist and hands. This is particularly good for dull, ACHY pains in (and around) the carpal tunnel.
Third, self mobilization exercises for the wrist are shown that will help loosen locked up, stiff scaphoid and lunate carpal bones in the hand (a big cause of wrist pain and carpal tunnel syndrome). This may result in a satisfying POP or CRACK!
Last, strengthening exercises are shown to build up the area in and around the wrists, helping to FUTURE-PROOF it from further instances of pain. Also, this exercise may help restore normal range of motion in the wrist.
All these stretches and exercises can be done AT HOME, don't require any special equipment, and be done ANYTIME you need quick wrist pain relief.
Watch now and get rid of wrist pain for good!

The Graston technique is an excellent way to relieve pain. Why dont you call it by name? I would think referring to the technique you are using by name could lead to your followers looking into it deeper. Plus it would give credit to the doctor who actually developed it. You make great videos please keep up the great work and please refer to the techniques you use by name either in the description or in the video. The self education of your followers will result in a better more full sense of healing.

I'd love to hear your opinion on dry needling. I'm 42 I've had carpal tunnel syndrome for over 20 years since I was 19 doctors have been telling me to get surgery. 5 years ago I tried dry needling and Graston massage. I happy to report that I'm nearly symptom free. I'm on no meds and I dont wear braces either. I went from steroid injections and massive amounts of pain killers and still wakening up at night literally screaming in pain to only having mild symptoms and only when I do massive amounts of intense work like turning a 40x40foot garden by hand. It has literally changed my life.

@@zephyrwinkle6552 Actually: The origin and technique derived from ancient traditional Chinese Gua Sha. Over 2000 years old. Tools used for friction consist of jade, spoons, coins, etc. My grandma used to do this at home on my mom. My recollection dates back to my childhood in the late 60’s. Research Gua Sha.

Thank you for your informative videos. I broke my wrist 3 months ago. Required surgery to implant a plate and 6 screws for a distal radius fracture. After months of physical therapy with a hand specialist; I’ve received great advice from you. I tried the flattening of the hand while putting weight on it and moving clockwise and counterclockwise. Great stretch. Thank you.

@@marylee1042 you know I actually have heard of this technique and admittedly haven't looked into it much. I think I saw some pictures of some really bad looking bruises. Is this common in your opinion? I could be thinking of something else though, I dont have a very clear picture of this memory.
My mom is absolutely delighted with this. You really fixed her wrist pain at one go and now she is reminding me every minute how happy she is haha. Thank you!!!

This self, wrist adjustment succeeded in resetting my dislocated wrist and relieving my great pain, which I have had for a month. Thank-you so much. Before watching this video; I had tried pushing on the spot on my wrist: forward, backward, downward, and sideways, with no luck. I watched ten other videos with no luck. This video showed how to find the offending spot, by rubbing and feeling the loose, bone. Tensioning, dropping the wrist; and the key: lifting the arm, gently upward, while pushing on the spot to get the correct angle and gentle leverage. The offending bone in my wrist slid toward my elbow and popped-down gently and dramatically into place; relieving my pain and restoring movement & strength to my wrist & hand. I am so thankful for Dr. Rowe's generous help. It is selfless, giving, skilled, people, like Dr. Rowe, who restore faith in America.
you are literally the best physio on the internet... ALL of your exercises of different body parts have relieved me of those pain...

As a keyboard player, i had tendonitis issues in 2017. It was a 4th compartment level according to the ultrasound scan results. I was treated by a physiotherapist doing some of the moves here after so many months of taking painkillers and ibuprofen. Just last month after playing organ in the church with the choir on sunday, I woke up the following morning with pains in my left hand and wrist. A carpal tunnel syndrome for real. Am still treating it with hand stretch but will try these techniques here too. Though am already feeling fine.Nice one. Obrigado.

This channel is helping me fixing basically everything wrong with my body, in the long run. I found this channel because of my shoulder imbalance. The first video I watched, already made me trust you. I think it was a combination of the confident way you talk and that every exercise can be executed on different levels. Means: without knowing too much about anatomy, I can go softly on an excercise first, to see if it helps (if it just feels a little bit better) or not. Subscribing to this channel is definitly in my comfort level. Thank you
